This site has no sign-up and no forms. You contact us on a messenger you already use. This page explains what we receive there and what we do with it.

What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no contact forms and no advertising trackers. The clinic-matching questions run in your browser; your answers are not sent to us until you choose to send them in a chat. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page) for security.

What you send us on a messenger
When you message us on WhatsApp, LINE or Telegram we receive your profile name, your messages and any photos or documents you choose to share, including health information. Those services process the data under their own privacy policies.

How we use it
Only to prepare quotes, make your booking, assign your interpreter and support you during and after your visit. We never sell it and never use your photos in marketing.

Who we share it with
Only the clinics you ask us to get quotes from or book with, and only what they need to quote or treat you. We ask before sharing photos with a new clinic.

How long we keep it
While your enquiry or booking is active and for up to three years afterwards for follow-up and dispute handling, unless Korean law requires longer. Ask and we delete your chat history and files sooner.

Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to share it with a clinic. Message your interpreter or email afformation.ceo@afformation.co.kr. We answer within ten days.
