Worth noting for your own records: the clinic's web address does not match the brand name, which is common in Korea and occasionally alarming when you are checking that a link is genuine.
The treatment areas described are skin rejuvenation, body contouring and anti-ageing work, covering lifting procedures, skin boosters, injectable treatments and related aesthetic procedures. The site is offered in Korean, Japanese, Chinese and English.
Hours are given as 10:30 to 20:00 on weekdays with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00, and 10:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and public holidays, closed on Sundays. Those are the clinic's own statements as of the check date above, and hours in Gangnam change around holiday weeks.

A site in four languages is not the same as an interpreter
A translated website tells you the clinic wants overseas patients. It does not tell you who will be in the treatment room on the day, and our interpreters see that gap constantly.
- Translated pages are usually produced once, by an agency. The staff on duty on a Tuesday afternoon are a separate question, and the honest answer is often that one person handles it when she is in.
- Consultation is the easy part. The conversation that needs precision is the one about your medication, your allergies and what you want the result to look like.
- Consent forms are frequently Korean-only even where the website is not. You are signing the Korean document, whatever was explained to you.
- Ask a specific question rather than a general one: not whether English is available, but who will be interpreting at 15:00 on the day you are booked.

What Korean skin clinic reviews are actually made of
Aesthetic clinic reviews in Korea are an industry of their own. Posting in exchange for a discount is normal and disclosed inconsistently, so read them for the parts that are hard to fake.
- Read complaints about administration: a changed price, an unavailable session, a rescheduled booking. Nobody is paid to write those.
- Discount praise clusters. If a run of reviews appears in the same week with similar phrasing, you are reading a promotion.
- Photographs prove nothing about injectables. Light, angle and the hour of day move a face more than a session does.
- Check what is missing. Reviews of a course rarely describe session four, because most writers posted after session one.

Two clinics quoting the same treatment can differ on product, quantity per session and session count, which makes headline totals meaningless. Written lines make the comparison in about a minute.

The visit itself, and the days after
Injectable sessions are short and the mistakes happen around the edges of them. A small amount of preparation covers nearly everything.
- Bring your medication and supplement list with generic names, and mention blood thinners and fish allergies specifically before any injection.
- Expect small bumps and bruising for a few days after a booster session. Ask how long it usually lasts and plan any photographs or events around it.
- Get the product name and quantity written on the receipt, not just the treatment name. That record is what a clinic at home will ask for.
- Ask what to avoid afterwards and for how long: saunas, alcohol, exercise, sun. The Korean answer is often stricter than you expect.
- Book your next session before you leave the clinic if you are staying, and confirm in writing what happens to it if your plans change.
