Reading plastic surgery reviews from Korea
- Check how long after surgery the review was written. Swelling is not a result, and month one is not month six.
- Check whether the procedure is named precisely. A tip plasty and a full revision rhinoplasty both get called a nose job.
- Treat posts with a discount code, referral link or repeated phrasing as advertising, including disclosed ones.
- Be suspicious of a review set with no downsides at all. Bruising, numbness and an awkward first month are normal, and honest accounts mention them.
- Weigh verifiable facts above impressions: registration, board certification, the written quote, the revision policy.
