On overseas patients, the site runs pages in English, Japanese, Chinese and Thai, and lists messenger consultation channels including LINE, WhatsApp and WeChat. Those are the clinic's own statements as of the check date above; confirm them again yourself before booking.

What people are actually trying to find out
Searches for a specific skin clinic usually hide one of three questions, and reviews answer none of them.
- Is the treatment I saw online the treatment I will get. Device names are marketing terms as often as they are machines, and the same name can mean different equipment in different clinics.
- Will anyone explain what is happening to me. Lifting appointments are fast, the consent is read quickly, and the numbing period is when most questions go unasked.
- What happens if nothing changes. Device lifting gives a modest, gradual result, and a clinic that says so plainly at the consultation is more useful than one that does not.
All three can be settled by message before you arrive, which is the whole argument for asking in Korean in advance.
One more thing is worth settling early: how many sessions the plan assumes. Lifting is often quoted as a single appointment and then described at the desk as a course of two or three. Ask whether the price you were given is for one session or for a course, and what the interval between sessions would be, before you build a trip around it.

How to read reviews of device treatments
Skin clinic reviews are the least reliable category in Korean medical tourism, mostly because event pricing and reward-for-review arrangements are ordinary and openly run. They are not fake; they are incentivised, which is different and just as distorting.
Read for numbers. A review that names the device, the quantity and the week the writer judged the result was written by a patient. A review about the music, the tea and the kind staff was written by everybody.

Get the same treatment quoted in writing first
Aesthetic quotes are short documents, which makes them easy to compare and easy to obtain before you travel. There is no good reason to learn the number at the reception desk.

On the day, and the weeks after
Lifting appointments move quickly and the numbing period removes most of your appetite for questions. Decide these beforehand.
- Bring your concern in one sentence, described as what you see rather than as a treatment name.
- Refuse same-day additions. A package offered at the desk after the consultation has been priced, not planned.
- Photograph the receipt and any packaging before you leave, so the device, the quantity and the date are recorded somewhere you control.
- Write down the aftercare rules with their durations: heat, saunas, exercise, facial massage and dental work all appear on these lists.
- Put the review date in your calendar and check it falls inside your trip, or agree how the review happens by message from home.
Judging a lifting result on the way to the airport is how people end up paying for a second session they did not need. Give it the full period the clinic states before you decide anything.
If something concerns you after you get home, send dated photographs rather than a description. Photographs cross languages; adjectives do not, and an interpreter sending them in Korean usually gets a faster and more specific reply.
