People searching kyeol clinic seoul usually cannot agree with themselves on the spelling, because the clinic writes its own name Kyol and the Korean 키올 comes out either way in letters. If you have been getting thin results from one spelling, try the other.

What follows is what the clinic's English site states, why this kind of clinic gets searched by visitors, how to read a device list without being sold a package, and how to get a written quote for the same treatment somewhere else.

KCODI is a booking and medical-interpretation service. We are not affiliated with this clinic and take no position on it.

What the official English site states

The site gives the name as Kyol Clinic, 키올의원 in Korean, and describes itself as an English-speaking skin clinic in Seoul. The address published is 11 Gangnam-daero 101-gil, Seocho-gu, on the third floor of the Taeyang Building, about two minutes from Sinsa Station exit 5.

The treatment menu is grouped into skin analysis, lifting, pores and scars and acne, skin boosters, contouring, collagen and fillers, pigmentation and hair removal, scalp treatments, intravenous therapy and facials. Named devices on the site include Ultherapy, Potenza, Density and Rejuran, alongside the clinic's own branded protocol.

The whole site is published in English, with booking by an online scheduler and contact by phone, email, KakaoTalk or WhatsApp. That is the clinic's own statement as of the check date above, and device menus in Seoul change several times a year.

What the lifting devices actually do to the tissue, and how long each result tends to hold, is set out on our laser and energy lifting page.

Why visitors search a Sinsa or Gangnam skin clinic by name

Two reasons, mostly. The first is language: a clinic that publishes in English is one where the consultation will not be a guessing game, and that matters more for skin work than people expect, because skin work is a conversation about degree.

The second is the short trip. Lifting and skin-booster treatments fit inside a holiday in a way surgery does not, and visitors want to know what can be done in one visit without a face that cannot be photographed for a week. Which of those are realistic on a short stay is covered in choosing a skin clinic in Seoul as a foreigner.

Six things to settle before any Seoul skin-clinic session

General pre-treatment checks at a Korean skin clinic. Practice varies between clinics.
What to settleWhy it mattersWhat a straight answer sounds like
Who assesses your skinConsultation managers handle options and price; assessment is a medical judgementA doctor examines your face before the plan is written
Device, count and areaThe unit count is the treatment, not the brandDevice name plus the number of shots or lines per area, in writing
Who holds the handpieceDelivery quality varies by operator as much as by deviceA clear statement of who performs it and what they are licensed to do
Single session or courseBoosters usually work as a spaced course, lifting usually does notHow many sessions, how far apart, and what one session alone achieves
Downtime against your flightRedness, pinpoint bruising and swelling have predictable windowsA day count for your specific plan, not a general reassurance
Aftercare once you are homeReactions show up days later, often after you landA named contact and a channel you can actually reach from abroad

Reading skin-clinic reviews and before-and-after photos

Skin results photograph badly and photograph easily, which is a difficult combination for anyone trying to decide from a screen.

  • Lighting does most of the work in a lifting photograph. Look for the same angle, the same distance and the same expression before you look at the jawline.
  • A review written the same week describes swelling and glow, both of which fade. Lifting results are judged at two to three months.
  • Korean platforms allow posts made in exchange for a discount, usually disclosed in small type at the bottom. They are not fake, but they are advertising.
  • The useful reviews describe the process: whether a doctor examined the face, whether the shot count was stated, whether anyone answered a message on day three.

If English at the counter is the deciding factor for you, we keep a broader list of what to check in English-speaking clinics in Seoul.

Get a written quote for the same plan elsewhere

Once you have a device name, a shot count and an area, the same plan can be quoted anywhere in Seoul. That is the whole reason to get the plan written down at the consultation.

Not sure which treatment your skin concern points to? Clinic matching narrows it in about two minutes, and the rest of the department is on our dermatology page.

Between the consultation and the first session

Skin clinics move fast, and the gap between agreeing and lying down is often less than an hour. A short routine keeps the decision yours.

  1. Read the quote line by line and mark anything you cannot explain. Send those lines back as questions rather than asking for the total to be cut.
  2. Decline the package on the first visit. Courses bought in advance are hard to unwind from another country, and a single session tells you how your skin reacts.
  3. Say what you are taking, including isotretinoin, blood thinners and anything herbal. Some treatments are postponed for them, and the clinic cannot postpone what it does not know about.
  4. Ask what the plan is if you react badly after you fly. Get the answer as a message you still have on your phone in a week.
  5. Photograph your own face in daylight before the first session, from three angles. It is the only honest comparison you will have later.

If any of that makes the room uncomfortable, that in itself is information. Clinics used to treating visitors properly expect these questions and answer them without a pause.

Questions patients ask us

Is it spelled Kyeol clinic or Kyol clinic?
The clinic writes its own name as Kyol Clinic, 키올의원 in Korean, and many people search Kyeol because that is how the Korean sounds. Both point at the same Seocho-gu address, so try the other spelling if a search comes back thin.
Can KCODI book my treatment at this clinic?
Only partner clinics can be booked through us, and we will tell you plainly whether this one is. Either way we can arrange comparison quotes for the same treatment and send an interpreter to an appointment you booked yourself.
How many days of downtime should I plan after lifting treatment?
Ultrasound and radiofrequency lifting usually leave redness and mild swelling for a day or two, and microneedling devices can leave pinpoint marks for several days. Ask for a day count against your own plan, and keep the last two days of your trip clear.
Can I have lifting and skin boosters in the same visit?
Sometimes, and sometimes they are deliberately spaced. That is a medical judgement about your skin, not a scheduling preference, so let the doctor set the order rather than fitting both into one afternoon.
Do I need to speak Korean at a Seoul skin clinic?
Not at a clinic that publishes in English, but the detail that matters is in the numbers: counts, areas and intervals. An interpreter earns their place in exactly that part of the conversation, and ours cost you nothing.
