What are the real side effects, and what do reviews leave out?

- Swelling that peaks at 24–72 hours and can look worse than the original fat pocket.
- Firm nodules under the skin for two to six weeks. Usually normal; mention them at a review.
- Numbness or altered sensation in the treated patch, which resolves for most people.
- Uneven results if the injection grid was not even — the argument for a doctor who does this often.
