What she does on your clinic day
At design
The surgeon draws the new line on your forehead and you look in the mirror together. She translates every adjustment: one centimetre lower, rounder at the temples, keep the widow's peak.
On surgery day
A long day in a chair is easier with someone who can ask for a break, a blanket or a painkiller top-up in Korean. She is there from marking to bandage.
First wash and styling
She joins your first wash and asks the practical questions: when you can tie your hair back, colour it, or wear a hat on the flight.

Consultation and design
Scalp check, donor assessment, hairline drawing and graft count. The doctor checks for signs of ongoing hair loss first.
Day 1–2
Surgery
Four to seven hours under local anesthesia. With the no-shave method only hidden strips at the back are trimmed.
Next day
First wash and check
Gentle wash at the clinic and graft check. Small scabs sit along the new line for about a week.
Day 3–5
Fly home
Mild forehead swelling can appear and fade. A loose hat is usually allowed after a few days. Ask your surgeon.
Month 3–12
Growth
The new hairs shed first, regrow from month 3–4, and reach styling length within the year.
