Korean botox, injected by a doctor in Seoul at the local rate

Korean botox is the most booked treatment among our visitors, and the simplest: ten to fifteen minutes, no anesthesia, one visit, and you walk back out into Gangnam. Korea makes several of its own botulinum toxin brands, which is a large part of why prices per area are lower than at home. The part that needs care is the conversation. How strong, which muscles, which brand. Your KCODI interpreter handles that, so you do not end up with a frozen forehead because of a nod you did not mean.

  • Priced per area. Korean brands cost less than imported ones, and the clinic tells you which is which.
  • One visit of about an hour door to door. The effect starts in a few days and peaks at around two weeks.
  • Touch-ups normally happen at two weeks. If you fly before then, tell the doctor so the dose is planned for it.

What she does on your clinic day

  1. Before you arrive

She books the slot the way locals do and confirms the per-area price and the brand in writing. No surprise at the desk.

  2. In the consultation room

She translates how you want to look: still able to raise your brows, or fully smooth. She asks how many units and which product go where.

  3. After you leave

If one brow sits higher or the effect feels weak at two weeks, she asks the doctor for you, even if you are already home.

Typical price in Seoul

The figure on this page is per area. It moves with the brand (Korean brands at the lower end, imported ones higher) and with the dose: masseter, calf or underarm sweating treatments use far more units than frown lines. Be careful with event prices that do not name the brand or the units. Your quote does both.

  • You want to soften forehead lines, frown lines or crow's feet
  • You clench or have a square jaw from strong masseter muscles and want a slimmer lower face
  • You are curious about skin botox for pores and fine texture
  • You have a free hour in Seoul and do not want any downtime

Questions patients ask us

How much is botox in Korea?
See the estimated per-area range on this page. Brand and dose decide where you land. We book at the local partner rate, and the price is confirmed in writing before you go.
What is Korean botox? Is it different from the Botox brand?
Botox is one brand of botulinum toxin. Korean companies make their own approved toxin products, and Seoul clinics usually stock both Korean and imported brands. The doctor explains the differences, and you choose.
I have seen Korean botox sold online. Should I buy it?
No. Botulinum toxin is a prescription drug that needs cold storage and a trained injector. In Korea it is injected by a doctor in a clinic. Products sold online are a risk we would not take ourselves. We explain why in buying Korean botox online.
How long does it last?
Usually three to four months for facial lines, and often longer for the masseter after repeat sessions. It varies with dose, muscle strength and your metabolism.
Can I combine botox with other treatments the same day?
Usually yes. Many visitors add fillers or Rejuran in one visit. The doctor decides the order, and some laser combinations are spaced apart.
